Returns Policy for web purchases ( in store purchase policy handled by each location and is not affiliated with web purchases )

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must pay any shipping costs to an from and restocking charges will  apply on all orders that have been processed ( ordered from the manufacturer or pulled from stock ). All stock orders are pulled within 48 hours and all manufacturer orders are placed within 8 hours. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.

When you place an order, stock items ship out immediately, however depending on where you live it could take up to 8 weeks to receive through our white glove delivery service. (see map below). All items ship from our North Carolina warehouse, therefore the closer you are to North Carolina the sooner you will get your order. All items that we order could take up to four weeks longer than our stock items. Our white glove service does not assemble cribs or knock down or flat pack items.

We do everything that we can to expedite your order and will contact you if your order falls outside of the policies listed.
